In the twenty-first century, you would never imagine schools be segregated, but in the 1900s, most schools in the to the south were segregated. In 1954, the unequivocal court ruled that total darkness and white schools had to have the same genteelness and the same working environment. That year a girl named Ruby tie was born. Ruby ended up being the first black baby to go to an all white school in 1960, 6 geezerhood after the supreme court ruled that the schools have to be equal. The schools manifestly werent equal by 1960 because it made Rubys parents frame Ruby in a better school. Desegregation of schools in the south did not happen as fast as it should have.The Massachusetts sovereign Court ruled that segregation of schools is legal under the constitution. Linda Brown was black girl in the third grade and her father wanted to enter her into an all black school. Her father tried to enroll her but the fountainhead refused.
